What customers say?

“ Friendly welcome, unusual place with these suspended buoys for sale. Everything is good from the boss to the cook, including the kind and funny waitresses. Everything is homemade. The quality and quantity are there. Delicious fries, delicious mussels, delicious meat, exquisite desserts. It's a must-see, unavoidable place when you come to ANDERNOS. We come and we come back without getting tired. The icing on the cake... the prices. !!! Mussels and fries at €14, bottle of wine at €12. 40% cheaper than elsewhere and the quality is there. Thanks to this great team and see you soon. ”

“ Places like this are becoming increasingly rare. Well located, with a lovely view of the church and the pond, friendly and welcoming staff, and reasonable prices (€12 per course, flank steak with shallots and burger). My only slight complaint was about my steak; I ordered it rare, but it was served medium-rare. I highly recommend this restaurant, which remains simple yet authentic. ”

“ Very decent meal for the price, with a 60s-70s-style atmosphere. I'll be back. Note: it's closing at the end of next weekend for the next 3 or 4 months. ”

“ Great A beautiful terrace welcomes you with a view of the oyster port (and a bit of the parking lot ) but to enjoy it, remember to book. The team is friendly, the service is fast, the dishes are homemade... the mussels smelled so good that I almost forgot the photo Excellent value for money. Before leaving, go in and see the ceiling of the restaurant... you'll understand why it's called LA BOUEE We'll be back!! ”

“ A simple outdoor dining spot with a terrace along the street. Luckily, I was a bit early because there was no room left after me. It's very popular with the French, and for good reason. The service was very friendly and worked incredibly hard; no one had to wait. I had a bavette echalotte with fries. The bavette was a generous piece of fresh meat, and the fries were fresh, not frozen. The bread was crispy and fresh, and the draft beer was delicious! Highly recommended; you can hardly find such good food for 12 euros in Europe anymore! ”

“ A family-run restaurant overlooking the port and the oyster farming district, with views of the Arcachon Basin and the Saint Eloi Chapel by the water. The food is good (meat and fish) and reasonably priced. Rope-grown and bouchot mussels are available from mid-June. It's also a great spot for children's afternoon snacks (waffles, etc.). The beautiful terrace is very popular on sunny days. A warm welcome awaits. ”
